Wagner & Ors v Earlex Ltd [2012] EWHC 984 (Pat)
The claimants (together “Wagner”) brought an action for patent infringement against the defendant (“Earlex”). The patent in suit (EP (UK) No 0596939) related to paint spray guns. Earlex counterclaimed for revocation of the patent on the grounds of added matter, lack of novelty and obviousness.
